Legally you are married until you are legally divorced. You can entirely detach from the person, separate, move out but from a legal standpoint you are expected not to be sexually involved with anyone other than your spouse until the divorce is finalized.

'You and your spouse are still married even if you are separated. If you or your spouse has a sexual relationship with anyone else during your legal separation, it can be considered adultery. It can affect your divorce in the same way as adultery in the marriage.

Damn I feel bad for both of them. We don’t know them. Two people can bring out the worst in each other . Neither of them had accountability, both were “well he/she makes me” . He looks like he wants to cry when he put the ring in his pocket . A lot of men aren’t shown how to have any emotion outside of anger and brute force. That doesn’t justify his aggressive demeanor , but I can understand why. She seems like her first solution when she isn’t happy, is to play damsel and get a new man… that isn’t good for her kids . Some men would have hit her son for getting involved and she needs to stop running to new guys . It’s probably from her own trauma growing up too
