India should legalise Prenup. Indian government should not say that people who are in live-in for more than 2 years are automatically treated as married which is wrong. Also, divorce cases should not be dragged for years/decades. Even if one wants divorce the divorce should be granted. Maintenance case for alimony is anyhave a separate case and not part of divorce case. DNA test when asked by Fathers should always be allowed. There is absolutely no genuine reason to deny it unless courts think they can just hide FACTS.

To be fair, most marriages in India are arranged, even love marriages are arranged. They are solely based on financial reasons. It's a business contract. That's why you won't see women going for broke men. The only reason women in the past didn't cheat was because of societal expectations and sl*t-shaming. You can see that most desi women, when they go to the West, prefer to date foreign guys over their own because they are financially more successful and have a better social standing, and most importantly hypergamy exists. The main thing which everyone skips is... all these havocs are mainly faced by Sanatani families. Because all these non$ense comes under Hindu Marriage Act! Which also includes... Sikhs, Jains and Buddhists!!! But, NOT THE 3 AbR@hemic religions! The 3 religions enjoys special benefits from their special laws. Thus they MARRY WITHOUT THINKING what will happen after that? But, in case of Sanatanis we fear from these laws... thus we don't marry! The thing which will simply happen for these JUDICIAL BLUNDER IS... a pure fall in the population of Sanatanis... and rise in the population of those cultures which don't respect diversity and to be exact... sentiments of other religions or cultures. Thus don't you think this laws are meant only to harm Bharat in long term? Its diversity and democracy? Its freedom and respect towards women? If we don't try to fight for these wrong laws of Bharat... then in long term it will be very very bad for the rich Sanatani culture and specially... women!!!
