They don't seem like bad people, but they've definitely made bad choices. I actually believed him when he mentioned the things, he likes about her and the judge was right, there's a breakdown of communication. He probably made choices that has made her attitude that way, but if you decide to stay with someone despite whatever mistake they've made, you have to forgive them and not hold it over their heads and have a stank attitude every time you look at them; I do believe she pushed him to point of leaving, which is the right thing to do in a heated situation, but not for an entire month. Personally, I think once married you should at least give it 2-3 years and exhaust all options before giving up because getting divorced after a year 1/2 is shameful; you knew who that person was before you married them. Their problems are small and fixable, but I can tell she is actually disgusted with him - If you're going to look through his phone, he should be able to look through yours too.
