I recently saw a documentary indicating that women’s suffrage was a niche thing. 95% of women were not interested in the vote. It was associated with being potentially drafted. It's so funny to see these angry women complaining about men. When I was in college I'd warn my female friends about the players who were wooing them. Every time, my friend would tell me I'm jealous of the guy. So I stopped warning anyone. They would sometimes try to cry on my shoulder and I'd ask them why they were picking that kind of man over and over. So they stopped crying on my shoulder. Win win. It's so obvious to other men. I'm a woman and I would warn any friend/acquaintance if someone slinking around was giving off red flags. I was called jealous by some people. More men than women (the women prob said it behind my back lol). When a man is thinking with his little head or a woman with the butterflies there's usually no telling them anything and you've just got to let them go through it. I get frustrated too but I can't not warn someone or not be the shoulder for people I care about. I don't sugar coat though. You come crying to me I'm going to give you the hard truths. If someone can't handle that, then they're welcome to F off and go cry to someone else that will tell them what they want to hear rather than what they need to hear.

In college I was shy and unsuccessful romantically, my fault, and it made me angry that women would tell me I was jealous when I wasn't. The men they were seeing would whisper in their ear that I secretly desired them, which perhaps helped their ego, so they believed the liar over me. I honestly didn't care about a friendship with a person who would trust a liar over me. Now I'm far more selective in who gets my attention. I'm not going to pretend men don't also do stupid things. But I don't date men, so if I ever pointed something out, they didn't make it about me.
