My mom always make extra papad and gujiya on holi to give to her house help and my neighbor(mom’s neighbor) buys holi colors and pichkari for her kids. She works at both the houses. And on Diwali my mom gives new saree to her and something for her husband and my neighbor buys clothes for her kids. It’s been so long they are doing this. I know many people do that but just sharing something.
