Hello sir, i tried the dix hallpike test on my dad with his head at 45 degree to the right just like in the video but the eye movement or twitching was vertically, i.e. up and down motion. What does that indicate? Thanks

hi, the upward, downward movement of the eyes that happens immediately after Dix-Hallpike maneuver is an indication for imaging, to exclude any lesions on the brainstem or cerebellum.

A moving camera is very hard to watch for someone with vertigo..... couldn't get past 24 seconds....would have thought you's know that....
