Hey thank you so much for an informative video, so many moving pieces to learn. My 501e is dropping one can from the double wide column 1 and then 2 cans and then 1 can. I toyed with the cams and rotors for hours but nothing. It feels like an easy fix that I'm overlooking - if you have any information please let me know.

I’m pressing the buttons but it doesn’t change from “HD”. When using the machine normally the buttons work so why won’t it work here?

My double column drops multiple cans what’s the issue? Sometimes I drops 0 sometimes 1 sometimes two or three

Happens to be I'm My case the error code was because a drink didn't dispense properly and the as soon as I reset the dials it worked perfectly
