What's ironic about this video for me is that I had two adult Westies and one Bully....This is exactly how they all acted every day....the Bully was the fun one who just wanted to play whereas the Westies were the Alphas......Even when my Bully grew to 90 lbs, they still dominated him.....He was so innocent and harmless that a toddler took the reigns on him... All three dogs are the best but the Bully always wins my heart every time! God bless this video! Tears to my heart every time I see it and I've seen it over 20 times I bet!

Bullies are rambunctious dogs...but so entertaining and clownish...they are the most unique breed of them all....

And they are extremely affectionate and innocent.....if you socialize them like in this video.....even with kids.....they are so perfect it's unreal....The breed is related to the Pit Bull (the most misunderstood and most hated and feared of the dog kingdom but they are known as the "children's babysitter" during the 1900's to the 50's then the stigma came......btw 95% of dog attacks come from chihuahuas and small dogs.....I had a bull terrier for 13 years.....the most innocent and loving pups I've ever met hence why I have posted on this comments page....My parents have two 3 year old westies and my new bully are going to meet for my 40th bday this fall.......Can't wait for the result!

@gusmac33 It's generally the larger the dog will end up being, the later the ears will lift.. Our Bull Terrier lad's ears didn't lift til he was about 22 weeks. They just come up when they want to, you can splint them but it's not recommended until at least 20 weeks.

How did u get ur puppy's ears to stand straight up? Any tips? My 10 week old Bull Terrier's ears are almost up but still are a little wobbly on the tip if his ears. Please respond back. Thanks. P.S. Great looking pup BTW.

@gusmac33 just seen your post about the ears... are they standing up yet? they should be by now. if not google on how to tape bull terriers ears. i dont know if your pup is too mature now for it but its what people do when they are young.... hope this helps

Westies? or the English bull terriers? Westies are trimmed on a 3 monthly basis, they do not shed. English Bull terriers malts on a daily basis, but no more than any other short haired dog :0)
