It's especially nice when one wakes you up at 2 am and wants to go out. So you get up and let her out. A few minutes later, the other thinks it's a great idea, so he wants out. While they are jogging around the yard in the dark, you decide to go back to bed rather than just stand there in a dream state. As soon as you get back in bed, there's a scratch at the door. Dog #1 wants in. Ten minutes later, dog #2 is finally ready. Then your alarm rings, and it's time to get ready for work.

Cam, my mom's family lives in Floyd County Kentucky, close to the west Virginia border. My uncle had an encounter while hunting in the Daniel Boone national forest, my cousin nearly had his jeep Cherokee turned over up on a slate dump while him and his two girls were taking a nap for a couple of hrs the morning of opening day of deer season, and a couple of days later, my cousins wife had a huge creature cross the road in front of her after getting of her shift at a prison close by. Those mountain folks don't get scared of much but they definitely respect the big guys

When I was in the UP of Michigan all the foot prints I found where about 5 to 6 feet away from all the picnic tables. I thought they would be by the trash cans but none. All by the picnic tables. I found 1 good foot print 18 inch long and 6 inch wide at the heal I weighed 230 lbs and size 13 foot and couldn’t even put a mark in the ground at all. It was 7 inch longer than my foot. Took a picture of it. I gave the picture and story to the BFRO and they didn’t even put it in their reports. I talked to him for about 45 minutes. But nothing he said he could see it and the dermal ridges. But nothing so that’s why I don’t even bother with them.

Maine Mermaid My folks, back in between 68-70 lived on/in a mountain side. We had no bear or anything like that during the time. I don’t think they’d even heard of a Bigfoot then, even later in life they never made the connection. However it was a really cold winter time with a snow on. It was so cold, the snow was frozen solid and couldn’t bust through it. They heard something so big and heavy come from the mountain behind their home crunching bursting through the solid frozen snow on two feet. My dad’s dogs ran under the porch scared barking and taking a spell. Whatever it was stepped up onto their little wooden porch and was so heavy they could hear the wood creaking and straining from the weight. All my dad had at the time was a pistol ( they were newly weds) and just braced himself a few feet with his gun aimed at the door. It paused at the door but then left. It scared my folks, and believe me, nothing rattles them. Dad practically grew up running and hunting throughout the mountains and our families live right in the hillsides, Woods all around and treelines, especially then just a few feet or yards from the houses. Dad placed himself between the door and had Mom back behind as far from the door as he could get her. I don’t think my older brother was born yet. After listening to all the eye witness accounts, I can’t help but to wonder if that wasn’t a BF? There’s other unexplained things that ppl seen/heard and I’m going to ask about them again to freshen my memory. I’m glad my husband got to hear both my parents give their account of it together before my dad passed away. Whatever it was instilled fear in the dogs and them, and they couldn’t figure out what could be so big and heavy that could do that. That entire community and surrounding one’s, was filled with ppl of faith, and that accounts for their protection and favor for being in such isolated areas.
