DIY 2.1 Bluetooth Boombox with Dual Opposed Subwoofer (Minimalist, MUJI inspired)

Hello! This is a inexpensive Bluetooth speaker build project by utilizing some spare drivers.
Drivers & amp:
Tweeters - Nokia automotive 1" soft dome tweeter
Midranges - Mordaunt Short 4" drivers
Woofers - SB Acoustics SB12PFCR25-4
Amplifier: TPA3116 2.1 Bluetooth amplifier board
The SB acoustics woofers has a good bass extension down to 48hz (anechoically) +-3dB, hence it is enough for a general purpose boombox usage.

Awesome Build Dude! One question, Won't that power supply overheat inside that box with that acoustic foam (white thing, don't know the right name)?

I believe this type of switch power supply won't produce much heat. But thanks for pointing that out, will look into that in next build 😊

can you tell me how to choose components for the crossover. if woofer is 100 watts 4/8omhs, what value components shall i use etc.

That really depends on the drivers, you have to measure them in order to know the crossover point and with what order to roll them off

Yes exact as per what vincent replied. But another easy method is to use automotive component speaker set.
