I believe this type of switch power supply won't produce much heat. But thanks for pointing that out, will look into that in next build 😊

can you tell me how to choose components for the crossover. if woofer is 100 watts 4/8omhs, what value components shall i use etc.

That really depends on the drivers, you have to measure them in order to know the crossover point and with what order to roll them off

It’s an adjustable circle cutter, a lot of people call them fly cutters. Don’t try to use one of these without a drill press, they are much trickier than our creator here made them look and can hurt you or mess up your workpiece real fast.
