I have two stereo inputs (laptop and pi) and want that be selected with on-off-on switch. Is that doable?

What about Amp & Volt for the switch? Worrying if there will be need to usb power with higher ratings, or that just with USB? Thank you for guide and helping me feel better about building my own

i have no idea what you are saying .... BUT if you want to use this to switch your amps speaker output, DON'T! this is for line level signals only.

Do you have any idea if this kind of product is available in the market?

i doubt it. this input combination is pretty unique to me. your best bet is some kind of patchbay, which are not usually not switchable (via switch).
