What is that you glued on the front baffle? The self-adhesive material? Is it leather?

I would add a line cut between the bottom and mid front baffle to separate the vibrations of bottom woofer and top drivers. Hmm maybe a bass port slot as the separting line aka add another L turning it to be mini maze to bass port.

Dude you make big mistake. For 2 woofers this cabinet extremely little. For bass woofer need use two ✌️ passive radiators, for midrange make free air cabinet. Need open back panel.
