Great table, Tim. Interesting technique with the dominos. I haven't seen it before. Without the cutter I can't use it anyway.

Very true, and it is far from a cheap tool... but I do like think it is “worth” it... cheers!

Sooo. Here I am being such an amazing cousin. Tim, did you narrate? You have such a resonate voice. Ho là! Hahahaha! In my 1750s word, we would never have filled those holes. ;-) And all that fancy equipment. Woo ... So fun, though! Beautiful table!

This was such an amazing build! The table came out beautifully. Subscribing not only because I like your content, but your voice is very calm and relaxing; not like some other channels where I have to mute the video and turn on CC.

I didn't know maple can look so good using polyacrylic. This would make one heck of a computer table.

Thanks. Just trying to decide on a polyurethane finish on an ambrosia maple slab coffee table. It was so soft, thought I'd have to use oil-based poly but since you used water-based, that help me decide. Nice table!

nice table. You might enjoy your finish more if you were to use rubio monocoat as it is so simple, and quick.

$80 each? Whew! We are lucky to live in the northwest PA region. We did a whole wall in our mud room in this stuff. Not real expensive.
@clearcut68182 жыл бұрын
with each board being 6" wide and 12' long, assuming they're 8/4, you paid more than $6 a board ft for wormy maple. That's kinda high.

In the metro DC area at the time, there were two hardwood stores. One was super expensive, and the other was ridiculous.

Sad that a video with a chick n her husband building a crap table from home depot framing lumber get millions of views. You do it right and get relatively few.
