i'm not sure if mod podge would work or not, i don't have much experience working with it. but i got my fabric glue from michaels, but i think you can buy it from walmart or target!

Cute shorts! BTW you probably have already been told by now but I work at Michaels and those brushes are called foam brushes and the thread you used, I believe, is embroidery floss.

if your fabric is weak, it's probably better to hand wash it. I think if you wash the jeans inside out in the washer, it won't wear out or anything. xD Happy DIY-ing!~

If you've got a string or two to remove, burn them off with a cigarette lighter rather than cutting them off, burning will leave nothing to fray again. And it is faster.
