DIY Anamorphic Lens Filter

Anamorphic lenses cost a lot. A LOT LOT. Here is a similar effect that costs about $1 to make.

I don't have a specific number, but the bigger it is, the more flare you'll get. (Also the line running through your bokeh will be slightly more pronounced, so it's a bit of a tradeoff)
