Just me making another DIY solution for my work. This time a stopwatch that counts time not in seconds and milliseconds but seconds and frames. Download the Arduino code here: gist.github.co...

Dude. You just never disappoint. This quality content always amazes me. Plus your voice and gentle, cute face would make anyone instantly happy and comfortable. I don't have a crush on you. But almost.

I just randomly saw this one. Now you're in my territory :) Nice project. I'll have to build an animator's stopwatch mode into the wrist computer I'm building.

I'm so glad you bring Japanese animation knowledge like this into the western world, most people do not know about these techniques because of traditional animation being very rare/dead in Western countries

This is amazing! You should make a video about storyboard, it will be great :) Also, it's impressive that you can do a lot of things!

Wow, I didn't even know animators/storyboarders used such a tool 👀.
@leoadian12296 жыл бұрын
Cabblow Studios Western Storyboarders don't, they just draw the scene because they have zero knowledge in animation timing and also because all animation is out sourced to South Korea to handle so they have to handle all the frames

Świetny pomysł! Na pewno będzie pomocny w czasie pracy nad animacją. Powiem Ci, że masz wiele talentów! A i ten jako mechanika, elektronika i "człowieka techniki" jest nietuzinkowy! Brawo!

Very neat build, that also looks nice :) did you maybe consider using a transitor array to drive the leds instead of powering them directly through these poor little logic (shifter) ics? Then the display maybe wouldn't look so dimm. Really liked the video :)

You should make diy videos. You seem pretty handy which is cool.

How to practice making storyboards for animations?
@mattjabbar6 жыл бұрын
I would recommend making storyboards and then making simple animation out of them in a video editor (like iMovie) to check how they look.

Do you have any examples of your animation?
@mattjabbar6 жыл бұрын
The latest thing I did were backgrounds for “Your Name” I guess. You will be able to see the animation I’m currently working on online in few months :)

What is the original analog stopwatch called? The one shown in the pictures?

It's animator's stopwatch or 24fps stopwatch I think. In Japanese アニメーター ストップウォッチ
