Making a simple font

I wanted to make my own hand-drawn font to use on video titles for some time now and finally got to it recently.

Nice video. I saw at ~1:48 where you are highlighting, cutting and pasting. One hotkey you might really like is command+J which will duplicate the selection to a new layer (because as you probably notice, when you cut and paste something it doesn't remain in the exact same place).

I Cut + Paste In Place so it doesn't move, but I will have to try your way :)

Nice! whatever works best obviously :) But the other day I learned this hotkey and it blew my mind, because that's a very common thing I do in PS. Another really useful one was `Control + Option + Shift + E` which merges all existing layers onto a new layer. Both those i wrote down because I didn't know em and found them super useful.

hmmm, about 2 days 6 hours each maybe. Including all the learning to actually do this ;)
