I have power filter pump Sobo WP-3000F Filter, Can it be used in the same set up? Or will inflow will be more than outflow and as a result water will flow from upper part?

It is too powerful, not at all suitable for this set up

I made such but I made outflow pipe from side and water is going but air problem is there it makes sound to remove air. Moreover I haven’t made partition directly side by side i kept all media. Some air outlet should be made from outside pipe from which water flows out .
