Good idea sealing the osb roof with bitumin paint and using the flashband to seal the joints.Great tips.Dont forget to drill through the tee hinges in a couple of places and bolt through with 6mm coach bolts for extra security, also the hasp.

I've just built a 15 x 10 flat pack and I wish I had found his video first. I was going to use the bitumen paint I had but it had gone quite firm in the tin and I'd already been the Screwfix and Toolstation twice already today (they also had new parking restrictions so no return within the hour) so I thought I would just use the felt and bitumen the overlaps. Hindsight I should have put the bitumen on the roof panels whilst they were at ground level, as i don't know how you managed to get on the roof to paint the OSB panels. Anyway the wind picked up and ripped the felt. So now I will bitumen the panels first.

Not too bad although the wood and build pre asseble.. not the best... Some wood was warped..

Almost always invest in better roof felt than supplied if you can. Can get stuff with a 25 year guarantee for not much more than the big store stuff. Worth the extra investment in the long run.
