deluca studios bi weekly will most likely give u protein overload which causes your hair to be even more dry so I suggest every 2 - 3 months to be on the safe side if your using the henna paste on your hair ! Now if your using it as a powder to add oils to put on your scalp then your safe you can use it whenever need be !

Really? How so?
@TwistsandTurbans
@TwistsandTurbans 4 жыл бұрын
ClaimedQT Some oils are actually conditioning such as coconut and olive oil. For a long time I thought that using conditioners is the only thing that will soften my hair. My hair problems came from using commercial shampoo and conditioner. Aloe Vera is also a great replacement for water.
@ClaimedQT
@ClaimedQT 4 жыл бұрын
@@TwistsandTurbans wow thank you so much!! Any hair tips?
@TwistsandTurbans
@TwistsandTurbans 4 жыл бұрын
ClaimedQT The issue lies first with commercial shampoo. I started using shampoo bars, Dr. Bonners liquid soap mixed with water and oil is a good alternative. Commercial shampoo can be drying (clarifying) where the moisturizing shampoos have ingredients that coats the hair. This is the reason why oils have a hard time softening the hair. It’s the same with conditioners. Coconut oil is a very conditioning oil. We just have not been using it correctly. Olive oil is a great alternative. Think about it. Women with African type hair have been growing heathy hair for centuries without commercial hair products. The reason commercial hair products came about is to simplify trendy hairstyles . To make it easy for you to acquire a certain look.

Me too! Oils are all I use to condition my hair. I have so many great oils from all over the world like Marula and Boabab from Africa, Kukui Nut from Hawaii, Raspberry Seed from Asia, Black castor oil from Haiti, etc. I did a lot of research to find what I was looking for. I've found some gems that nourish my hair and adds body, bounce, and shine like no commercial conditioner ever did before! 💎

Hi love! So some oils (carrier oils) are meant for infusions because they are light and it's easier for the herbs medicinal properties to be extracted in them, these oils can be infused cold or hot but not all herbs can take heat and some oils have a certain heat tolerance. Other oils are heavier and is hard to extract medicinal properties without heat, but they can't high heat lol so it's best to infuse your oils in a Carrier oil then add other beneficial oils in after your infusions are done

Thank you for this video. I have one question. At 3:25, it stated, :12 years later ready to strain." Is the oil to sit for 12 years? This seems unreasonable to me. Please let me know. Again, thanks.
