Also watch what you put IN your bodies. High amounts of sugars, high gluten, high starches and fried foods will have a negative affect on the hair even if you put the right products ON your hair. I agree there is a lot of garbage under the "protective" umbrella. You have to be smart and know your hair. Protective should mean don't add extra weight to your roots with added hair, don't add unnecessary tension to your roots with tight braiding, buns, ponytails. hi, i don’t know if you mentioned this before but what’s your skincare routine? i’m struggling with hormonal acne + i really don’t wanna use toxic chemicals on my skin to fix it if possible; i would prefer a natural regimen & perhaps heal from the inside out; i just need the tools to do so

I have a increase in single strand knots which I know is going to cause breakage in the long run. I don't know what's causing the knots. But I have to cut off 3 inches of hair.

It could be dryness and over manipulation perharps how you handle your hair, also look at the ends of your hair, do you need a trim? You can also use an oil ater moisturizing to help lubricate your strands so they don't rub against each other as much and tangle. Protect your hair from the wind and try to strech out your hair with like bantu knots, blow dry etc...

try to put water in your hair more often, perhaps in the shower. try not to go over 3 days. this really reduced my knots

Keep your strands in sections and check frequently on your moisture levels. Dust your ends when needed. ✂️

Thank you to everyone for the hair advice. I usually keep my hair in large twist. I wash it every 2 weeks. I going to start moisturizing it more often, do regular dusting trims, and shorten the time between washes.

I have to because of allergies. Especially since everything is on the avocado kick. Hair breaks, falls out, scalp burns, where ever my hair touches turns bright red, and now in makeup😒. And before someone says it, because there’s always one, I know guacamole is good. I never said I hated it. My body did.

Hi! Great channel and I'm subbing.Your hair is absolutely gorgeous! I could definitely learn something. I have a question that's off topic. Where did you find that halter top in your caption pic?! I've been on the hunt for one of those for a while now. I need that top!!! Thanks for your help. 😁😄😂

Do u have any advice on thin strands. The top of my hair is just very weak no strength. It's shorter I just don't know what 2 do anymore. It's still kind of thin

My hair has gotten so thin over time. I noticed when I stopped moisturizing my hair daily and applying evoo and jbco I have so much shedding. I think I'm going back to what I did before when my hair was thicker and thriving. Maybe it might help you.
