DIY Beer Bottle Label Applicator

DIY Beer Bottle Label Applicator is a copy of a movie I made three years ago, that somehow today has a copyright strike against it. The music in question is something I assembled with generic instrument loops and not from anyone else. A mystery claimant has basically hijacked my adsense without due process. I can't find any content that matches what the dirty hijacking claimant has said. KZbin will not let me remove the disputed song because "i have too many views on the original". I had just over 224k views on the original movie and now KZbin says I had to copy the movie to remove the claim.. What kind of stupid Hell is this where someone can make alleged claims against my movie...three years after it has been uploaded, not provide any proof of the claim, basically hijack my earning potential by automatically becoming the monitizing agency, I can't find any library of music on the internet that backs up their claim and I am getting no support from KZbin. I call Bullshit. The claimant is an "agency working on behalf of" the supposed originator of the sounds in question. It's not right and I feel they are just trying to steal my money because my video is popular. That's all I have to say about that.

I am so sorry to hear about your problem. If it's yours music take them to court and prove it. I had someone steel from me in the past. I was making fishing jigs. I took them to court and won, but it sucked. What I had to go through. I've been through it and would do it again because right it right and some people try to take advantage of the system and people. I'm getting into making beer and bottling them right now by hand. That's what brought me to your youtube video. I love how simple you made your bottle machine thanks so much for sharing your video. I'm so so sorry you had to deal with this crap.

Thanks Roger, It's not uncommon for this to happen...I have read a LOT about it happening to the smaller channels and KZbin really doesn't help because we are not thier big money makers. It's a scam and if I didn't take action, then they would make money from my videos. I wonder how many people don't pay attention to the claims.

Thank you Sir. It is still being used today. The brewery normally sells their beer in kegs, but wanted to be able to label sample bottles. Doing it by hand was not working out so well. They give them out to bars as an easy way to sample the new beer lines without hauling around tapped kegs from bar to bar.

Hey Bud, It has happened before and I have always been able to remove the portion of the claimed song without any other changes. I have never had KZbin support when it comes to a dispute so I don't even bother to do so anymore, I just automatically remove the song. I do this immediately so the scammer won't get any of my hard earned money. This is the first time it has happened to a video this old and with this many views. This machine looks awesome! Just one question. How do you determine the size and angle of the dowels?

Hey David, The sizes and angles were simply a guess that worked out...lol. I knew I wanted a thicker dowel for the change of direction of the strip (thicker diameter dowel has smoother travel than thinner dowels) and I knew I needed a thin diameter dowel when it came to the change of direction that peeled the decal. The spacing was just layed out based on the space I had available between the bottle and the roll. The most important location is the thin dowel that releases the decal from the backer...that angle needs to be sharp and it needs to be square and close to the body of the bottle. Thanks, I have had a few issues, but I have always been able to remove or replace the music in question. Eventhough I have hade all my music from scratch they still try to hijack my videos. KZbin has never been any support.

When you pull the backing paper, the sharp angle of the roll over a smaller diameter dowel will release the decal.

Hi Nicholas, for this one, they are all fixed. I made this for a specific bottle and a specific sticker, so there was no real need to make them adjustable.

Been hearing a lot about folks filing claims against videos lately. The oddest one is an RV traveler who had copyright strikes claiming that the video that he shot, edited and is the primary actor in, actually belonged to another YT person. Not music or other issue but the entire video. Sort of like me filing a claim that the video you shot about the house renovation was mine. BUT if you went to this other persons YT channel it had no content, had been created less than a day before the claim and when you looked at his facebook picture it became VERY easy to tell he wasn't the man in the video... He talked to YT about it and they expedited the investigation and removed the blocks, but they also said that under current law they have to pull the video down as soon as a claim is made OR they will be held accountable for the violation as well.

Gotcha. Have you tried an actual print shop/banner making shop/decal shop? There is An actual decal/banner making shop by me that offers to print up roll labels. At least that way you can physically see the labels before you decide to buy them.
