DIY BLACK ICE CREAM

Today I tackle BLACK ICE CREAM!!! I recently saw an Insider video about this and was inspired to recreate it. For more videos like, comment, and subscribe.
Here's the recipe
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup activated charcoal
1 cup sour cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

I have a question, on the kids baking championship, they would tell you to make different recipes. But, what if you didn't know how to make it? What would you do? And what state is it filmed in? Thank you.

Well, beforehand they gave us a list of like 100 things to practice and memorize, but no details of anything. Just a list of desserts. So if you didn't know I guess you'd be in a rough spot, but the producers wouldn't pick someone who would be that unfit for the show. It was filmed in California.
