Do you have a bunch of those fabulous blending brushes but no great place to store/organize them? How about this quick and easy idea you can make yourself. With a few supplies from your local home improvement store, you can quickly make your own, whether it be for the craft room (like me) or for your make-up brushes. You can use any washi tape and paint to customize your own.

It's amazing, Annette! I too have learned from experience that I prefer rectangular shaped organizers over circular. Remember those white lazy susan-type organizers everyone went crazy over. I still have that thing sitting on my desk and it takes a huge amount of desk space. I am currently undertaking a massive reorganization and purge of my craftroom and that lazy susan is going LOL. Thanks for sharing, Annette

Great idea. I also thought of hair curlers from the dollar tree. I will try that and see how it works. Thank you for the inspiration

I use those pvc cylinders to make stickles holders, putting the stickles in upside down. They work great! Love your videos and projects!

I like yours more than the brush holder that is on the market, also like the tape you added it really makes the project. Thank you, stay safe and well 😷💖🙋‍♀️

Really clever project. From the photo, I didn’t realize you used washi. It looks terrific. I appreciate you providing the cost of the project.

This is a fantastic idea! Yours turned out great. If you ever want to make another one, you can cut down the cost drastically by buying pieces of PVC and cutting them to the desired length if you have a saw.

Debby McCormack Great idea. If we weren’t moving (and thus sold our saw) that would’ve been a cheaper option.

I built a version to go with something I created for my markers and working on one for my colored pencils too. I bought the one on etsy and was so disappointed when I got it. 17.00 plus shipping it was small and tipped over the minute I put my brushes in not realizing there is a system to prevent from tipping over. I love mine so much more and matches my other creations. I tried putting the spray paint glitter on top for some sparkle but it just made them look dusty. Thank you

Great idea....my spinner cannot go next to a wall. I think I would have a hard time using my G45 washi on this, though. Lol. Brave lady! I used small pvc & foam board to make a Stickles holder. I can see where tile is better for this. Thank you for sharing!

Sorry for such a delayed response to your comment. I'm glad you like the project. I had tons of that particular washi tape, so I felt okay using it up. LOL. But I get what you mean. You could always use scrapbook paper instead, or really any kind of decorative tape.

Annette Green No problem. You are enjoying your new home, as you should. Your town looks amazing! I like to hoard my G45, LOL.

This is a great idea. But not being able to shop, thinking toilet paper tubes covered in contact paper maybe or painted and then glued to a base of chipboard/foam core/cardboard might work also but would need something to keep it from toppling over, maybe then insert into a box?? Then can cover the box to match decor of your room/craft space. I have mine on one of those circular thingys too but would like this idea better!! Going to give it a try!! TFS!!

Thanks for the idea. I think I’ll buy a 10’ length of pipe and use my pvc pipe cutter and pvc glue to see if I can get the cost down. I’ll keep you posted.

I too prefer rectangles on my table top. Round is just too hard to maneuver around. Nothing fits up next to it.
