*DIY Bluetooth Gamepad* blog.adafruit.com/2015/02/26/diy-bluetooth-gamepad/ In this project we’re building a DIY gamepad using the Bluefruit EZ-Key module and a 3D printed case. The Bluefruit EZ-Key HID keyboard controller is a bluetooth breakout design for making DIY keyboards and game pads. It’s requires no programing and works with just about any trigger or push button. It takes up to 12 inputs and can be powered with any 3-16 VDC. The Perma-Proto comes in different sizes which is perfect for making all sorts of projects. The ½ sized Perma-Proto breadboard is like a business card and which makes it perfect for making a small game controller.

I'm in the process of turning a nerf longshot into a virtual reality controller with a wii remote with motion plus for mouse controll and a nunchuck in the grip. I have come to a conclusion that I've run out of keys with most games. And this is a perfect idea for me to incorporate more. Why didn't I find this earlier!

How much more complex could the controller be and still stay within the limitations of that microcontroller you used? I'm particularly interested in getting a trackpad input working (I2C or SPI interface would be supported on the module)

but can you answer? exactly. Anyway an anolog stick would be kind of hard to install but its not hard to understand. Basically it's an 8 way button panel with switches, every time you move the stick it hits the switch wich causes an action in the game. I would recommend more than 8 switches though.
