That is something unique. I saw someone else do this and they used a string on the end of the flower stem to pull it into place in the neck of the balloon after it was filled. They were using a different kind of balloon though so not sure if you would be able to.

Hello Who Cares, I think I know what you are talking about. They use the string so it's easier for them to put the flower stem in position. You can do that technique as well but when you make a knot there is a possibility that air might leak through. Especially when using bobo balloon where the material is much thicker if it's not stretch. I did not use any string because I can still get it in place by just shaking it here and there :) But thank you so much for the suggestion.
