DIY boombox from an old cassette player, car multimedia 7010B and 4 inch car speakers MAC AUDIO

I made a home boombox from an old cassette player, 7010B car multimedia and 4 inch MAC AUDIO car speakers
I made a small but powerful boombox from an old 30-year-old cassette player, of which I used only the box.
Car multimedia with bluetooth usb, sd card, aux and playing WAV, FLAC, MP3, AAC, MPEG music and MPG, MOV, WMV, AVI video.
Car speakers 4 inch MAC AUDIO APM FIRE 10.2, power supply from an old laptop 12V 10A and a small battery for autonomous operation of the boombox.
Make a bluetooth speaker with good power and beautiful appearance!
You will be able to see how to make a bluetooth speaker!
You can attach additional speakers, the amplifier is 4x50 and will provide enough power!
Clean signal reception from available radio stations.

О занимался я подобным))) Только пластик резал натянутой нихромовой проволокой, с поданной на неё напряжением (чтобы была тёмно-красная). Режет по линии ровно и без мучений с лобзиком. Но пластик - плохой материал для акустики, особенно такой как на видео - тонкий. По моему его хоть мастикой резиноподобной покрывай - толку не будет. С другой стороны - и так сойдёт.))) К тому же снаружи выглядит более или менее красиво, но внутри - не очень. Да и свинцовый аккумулятор проще заменить на литиевые элементы с платкой балансировки и защиты + блок питания и модуль зарядки. Ну и не на "спермо" клей всё садить, а на стойки. Благо они продаются. М3 - не проблема купить. Ну и вместо мигалки можно было организовать индикатор уровня. Было бы ИМХО разумнее.

@@Red_Avenger Он и внешние громкоговорители оставил. Так что вполне для прикроватной тумбочки пригодно. Одно время такие на Авито продавались, примерно $55. Не купил тогда, теперь их нет. Но сам думал что-то похожее сделать, в командировки с собой брать, кино смотреть, музыку слушать - не было размеров подкассетника (надо что-то покупать из хлама - дома такого нет), чтобы уместилась магнитола. А тут полная инструкция. Теперь точно сделаю!

@@Forsemus Это нечто вроде двухкопмпонентного клея, с аэрозолем активатором. З.Ы. Дихлорэтан - весьма токсичен.

Отличная работа! Надо поменять микросхему усилителя на TDA7850 или TDA7851. Будет меньше греться и расходовать энергию батареи и лучше звучать. Я так сделал на своем 7010B и звучание стал намного приятнее, чистые высокие и сильный бас.

The bodywork is very clean, nice job there. But I feel like the LEDs are pretty tacky and it's a shame that you're using a lead acid battery, a nice protected lithium pack would last a lot longer and weigh a lot less.

Li on batteries are not all what they are cracked up to be. I seen many break open at work. We use them in our controllers and some get puffed up it's hard to get them out of the unit. As long as you don't over charge or over load the lead acid battery your ok. That little bit of weight isn't going to matter all that much. How long does a laptop battery last your lucky if you get 5 years out of it. I have old ones in my computers but they don't hold a charge very long. 73

Sharp Corporation introduced the dot matrix TN-LCD in 1983, and Casio introduced its TV-10 portable TV. In 1984, Epson released the ET-10, the first full-colour pocket LCD television. I would most get asked to mount the Casio LCD TV's because it's internal chassis were low power consumption, fitting nicely into (my two favourites of the time) the classic Roberts and Grundig radios. у меня Панасоник такого же типа, в идеальном состоянии! достал с антресоли, поменял пасики на механизмах, сзади врезал блютуз модуль что бы оригинальный вид не портить, поставил в отсек для батарей аккумы литийонные на 3 Ам с БМС платой, да ещё, динамики поролоном заглушил, для бассов (хотя система Х-ваss исправно работает) и всё! красота и флешки читает и с телефона и касеты и радио! ни один джибиэль рядом не стоит! от силы потратил рублей 400... везде с собой вожу на удивление малолеткам, особенно школота подходит и спрашивает, где такой купить?))) всегда смешно...

Рассмешил конечно. Jbl в разы лучьше будет играть благодаря современному усилителю D класса с алгоритмами обработки звука на разных мощностях и сбвуферной камере м пассивными излучателями. Для ностальгии и удивить малолеток конечно то что нужно

Panasonic RXFT560 в этом классе из современных JBL-блютуз колонок по звуку конкурентов нет! единственное у SONY есть какая то модель, точно не помню, там звук на уровне, но и цена не оправданная, рядом ставили в каких то композициях лучше, в каких то проигрывает! согласен с тобой что усилители D класса и мощнее и экономичнее, но у меня оригинальный панасоник маде ин джапан))) и по истечению около 30 лет, качество звука на нём не изменилось! единственное пасики на механике поменял и всё! а с JBL что будет через 10 лет? тут да же сравнивать не чего, единственное в чём он проигрывает так это в габаритах...

@@lexa7856 ну собственно габарит довольно таки решающий фактор. JBL Boombox 2 Black примерно в размерах так тут просто нечего сравнивать gbl валит будь здоров и не один патефон тех времён не сравнить. То что у вас олдскульный аппарат так ет даа, я сам любитель, только большого винтажного звука

@@yanvarskiy я вообще любитель хорошего звука, по этому и ценю качество, чего нельзя сказать о JBL, купили мы с ребятами в подарок парню такую колонку с караоке, по тем деньгам около 50т.р., пару раз с ней на природу съездили, и всё здох бобик! с тех пор продолжаю брать свой панасоник))), на счёт валит будь здоров, есть у меня походная колоночка на 5 вольт, с одним динамиком и двумя пассивниками, вот её мне в походе хватает за глаза, маленькая и мощная! но звучание отвратительное! нонейм правда, но от JBL далеко не ушла!

One could make the enclosures better by strenghtening it with fiberglass and/or adding some wool or similar material inside to make the speaker elements think that the enclosure is bigger. A bit of work but would definately make a difference.

@@ronb6182 It depends on the case. Sometimes it is better sounding but in a small closed enclosure like in the video it is almost always better to have some fiber or wool if possible. When I was a young lad with nothing but time I read a car hifi guidebook from cover to cover several times so pretty sure about stuff like this. Not a huge hustle to try it both ways and find a blind friend to listen which is better ;)

Just use a charger that has all the electronics and you will be fine. My problem I let the batteries go too low and forget to charge them. I put many in my lantern flashlights I just have to remember to charge the battery. 73
