This is the most badass vehicle I've ever seen. It would kill any sxs Rock bouncer competition or SxS racing or sxs Rock climbing. The way you built it makes it perfect for any and all types of off-roading from desert trails mud rocks and snow. I truly believe you could sell them. Especially since it's not just a Can-Am or Polaris that you just customized and because of the motor that you used because for me I'd pay extra and choose yours over any stock SxS...and you could always change the power terrain as in a Ducati 1198 v-twin torque monster for rock climbing to a high rev 16,000rpm Suzuki gsxr 600rr/750rr for sand dunes to a suzuki hyabusa gsxr1350cc with high bottom end power for mud to keep the wheels spinning even at low RPM...or even a big 120ci v-twin screaming eagle Harley Davidson motor. Also it wouldn't have to be Suzuki name brand I just choose it because they have a wide selection of different power plants 600cc 750cc 959cc 954cc 1000cc 1300cc any way sorry for the long ass comment lol but thank you for reading this and have a great day

Nice. Amazing what you can produce with a c and c machines, 3d printers, pipe benders, and some 💰. Nice car.
@cheatinggravity1733 жыл бұрын
This thing was probably pretty cheap to build; it looks like the only "cnc things" that were used on this was a laser cutter for the steel tabs and brackets, and youbcertainly dont need to have your tabs cut with laser if you dont mind doing it the slow manual way. Tube benders aren't THAT expensive. There wasnt a whole lot of tubing used. The running gear and drivetrain was probably all cheap used salvage parts. A small welder, a small metal cutting bandsaw, a grinder with some cutoff wheels, a drill press and a cheap hand powered tube bender (which you really don't need if you don't mind having all mitered joints) are all youd need to build this. I don't see any 3d printed parts on this. Mostly it takes time, determination, and the wherewithall to finish a project. That's where most people fail.

Awesome build! Just curious what type of 900 cc engine you used and transfer case, front and rear diffs and of course what is the top speed? Love the suspension too! Fox is awesome.

Did you ever try the cutter brake? If so how did you like it?
@mattmclean82673 жыл бұрын
Much inspiration taken from this video! Has been a dream of mine for decades to build an on/off road, clutched, manual kart! Have all of the tubing to build mine and was originally planning to do a 2WD... Seeing this, I definitely think AWD or 4WD is the way to go! Is there a specific reason you used the Volvo M45 gearbox? Would say a Subaru gearbox work? Awesome build!

That is a sick car great job. Two questions: The ride height I'm familiar seeing the A arms in a positive angle at rest and yours are level or horizontal. Is that adjustable or it that where you wanted it And was the frame a kit I seen all the cnc parts it looked like a kit or did you cut them yourself. Thanks
