DIY BUS TOUR | Prison Shuttle Bus to Tiny House Camper Conversion

Welcome to our shuttle bus conversion tour! If you're new here, we (Greg & Jess) spent eight months of 2021 converting this ex-prison transport bus into the ultimate tiny house on wheels. I clicked on the thumbnail because I couldn’t believe someone converted a prison bus! My favourite conversion so far. Now I get it. This short bus fits into any parking space. EVERYTHING fits… energy efficient. Even the tiny dog shows energy-efficiency. Love the magnet-attaching screen. And the disappearing shower door. Oh, not to mention the choice of a portable toilet. (Love your music) Liked and subscribed. A lot of thought went into this. Bravo!

I've watched countless bus/van builds & this is by far one of my very TOP favorites! Beautiful job in the details & the "little things" that matter most. LOVE the tambour window covering! I watched DualEx make one a couple of weeks ago for a build he's doing & fell in love with such a clever idea. (btw as precise as you guys seem to be with your build I think you'd appreciate his channel) I absolutely LOVE the way you did your garage area & the AC so it's not an eyesore from the outside OR inside! It would definitely set it off if you did a design on the door to the AC maybe use some paint stir sticks & stain them different shades & maybe even paint a couple white as snow on top of the mountain & make the same mountain design that you have hanging on the wall....that is BEAUTIFUL btw! Love that you put the shower on an angle & the door separating the cab from the back is beautiful! I can't really pick one, two or three of my favorite things on this build because you guys NAILED IT! I can NOT wait to start our build! We had decided to buy a retired prison bus also as we have found they are far more solid than a school bus...less worry of window leaks, less wear & tear, less rust issues, better maintenance etc. Again, GREAT JOB GUYS!
