Is this the best build? No. But what makes me smile is that she built exactly what she wanted it to be, so in a way it is a best build. I always wonder watching these: How much did the build add to the character and personality of the builder? Who knows. but 13:58-14:40 was what I was waiting to hear. I wish more people would challenge themselves to sacrifice for a dream. On a side note, a lot of you are watching builds to live in, but, sometimes building something just to travel and vacation in is all you need. You don't have to add boondocking-galore-everything in your build. Just some simple shore power and water hookups and hit up campgrounds. I used to do travel in a built van and never stayed anywhere but campgrounds with toilets and showers, so easy and pretty cheap too. Carley you did great, hope to see your next build some day.

The music was way too loud in this video. Aside from that, it was a fantastic bus! Loved her personality and the bus was well put together too! Great kitchen space! The shower is awesome! Big foot is ABSOLUTELY 100% REAL! Bad ass bus btw, I dig how you refer to it as "her" or "she" also, look into glass for that house door that's not breakable. Someone could smash that glass and just open the door. Pray it never happens, but I'm over protective, I notice thing like that🤦😂

10 out of 10 for me. The bus is excellently designed and built. Big roomy rustic look shower, lots of storage, cosy look and feel, all the comforts and a strong diesel engine to keep it all moving. 👌.

This is a good skoolie. Maybe she could incorporate a quirky theme into all of her builds going forward as a signature. You wouldn't want to do that for most resale ventures, but the skoolie community is a quirky and adventurous bunch that would likely appreciate the unique touch.

That's a great conversion. And look how converting this bus led her to a new career path. Awesome! Shuttle buses are great because they are more square than a school bus and have nice windows. I look at my town's buses all the time. Their newer ones have a more snub nose.

Yes they are much more square. So nice for building it was such a pain working with the curve of our ceilings and they’re pretty square for a skoolie. I love hearing how people got into doing a build I think it makes them that much cooler.

Super nice! Did you (or anyone with a bus conversion) have any trouble getting non-commercial insurance? Also, if any of you have batteries that can be seen from the outside, please consider putting a lock on them...chain, cable etc. I had 2 stolen last year & batteries have gotten more expensive with everything else. I think I really Iike this one over some of the really slick builds. I too love lots of storage and no apologies. It's so beautiful with the woods and not a lot of "stuff" hanging all over. The shower/toilet area is great with the sliding barn door over both. I would actually enjoy spending a lot of time in this one.
