Check out this micro kitchen for overlanding and car camping. I use it when I go on ATV overlanding trips on the Side by Side and on UTV overlanding trips. This is the best compact kitchen setup I have been able to find. This kitchen packs up in a small kitchen box that is a ridged case from Home Depot. This makes it an easy camp kitchen.
