Damn Bruh, I'm hitting you up from Colorado. I went and bought an Oscillating tool from Harbor Fright, I cut out the extra plastic from my Ryker 600 and installed an K&N filter. OMG my Ryker has a deep sound coming from the air box now and my bike is quicker also. Breath Ryker... I will be picking up an EXHAUST MUFFLER "QUIET VERSION" from Silber Turbos next year though. Sounds Nice and Deep. THANKS a lot Kingjoffjoe 413. Your videos are 100% real down to earth and funny. You just have to work on getting them camera angles a little better. But I subscribed though your videos are informative to the web. Keep up the good work.

Thanks bro I appreciate all the support and I'm glad I can help the last video was the first video I had my brother being the cameraman he is going to be my cameraman for all my videos from now on I'm actually about to purchase some more lighting to light up the videos and we're going to work on our angles and stuff I should be starting to use two cameras as well for different angles any other recommendations are accepted

I don't know why I feel uncomfortable thinking of modifying or installing accessories on my Ryker, myself. Could be that if I screw something up, it'll cost me to replace the part and ultimately have the dealer install it at an ADDITIONAL price. You make it look so easy that I'd want to try it myself one day. Be safe out there

I just cut out a 5 inch square piece from mine where the curved surface is and fitted a KN filter ...seems to work fine....air circulates between the 2 shells cos there his a gap from the opening at front to the rear of the air box ....not all the air goes into the wedge you just cut out ....good job though

Make your own intake 2 1/2” mandrel bend aluminum intake pipes are cheap on e bay all you need are the coupler , filter and piping. Made them on the low back in my Honda days and you can get multiple color options

Good mod but for $50 you can do a real nice cold air intake that looks dope as fuck, and don't need to destroy your bike doing it.

Will the additional flow and an exhaust throw any codes? I just got my Rally 2 weeks ago and always added air filter mods to my cars. Just nervous about this one.

It's faster off the line but hurt my top speed. I was hitting 107 with K&N filter no mod but after the mod it struggles past 96 mph and it eats more gas.

@@kingjoffyjoe413 I do and just bought a second air box. I drilled out the section you cut out. I made mine like a mesh, and I totally noticed a difference. Now I'm thinking to do this like yours!! Keep up the awesome job my friend. Hopefully il meet up with you soon.

I did the same thing as you just now. Drilled holes and opened up the inside. Made a huge difference but it also dropped 40° since I rode it last.
