Are the cut outs in the corners at 5:31 1.5x2 or 1x2? You say 1.5 but it looks like 1.

We apologize for the confusion, it seems like we misspoke. The correct measurement is indeed 1 inch. However, if you choose to use a 1.5 inch cut out, it won't significantly alter the functionality of the bag. Thank you for pointing that out!
