I built one with 4) 6.5 inch kicker coax speakers, a kicker 400.1 mono amp amd an old Audiobahn AW1006T 10 inch sub poweed by an older Alpine bluetooth stereo. I used a 600 watt computer power supply I saw at best buy for $30. Everything is in its own sealed chamber so the subwoofer doesnt ruin anything. Hits insanely low and is really loud! The guys at work love it!

Hahaha great minds. Used a bluetooth amp run on 18v tool battery slapped it in a tool box worked well. Now I'm in a shop so it's time to upgrade to a real box but then 4x10s bring the boss out with complaints about desk rattling

I built one about 6 years ago using a double din pioneer car radio . I also added a 400 w RMS subwoofer amp & 12" kicker sub woofer to it and running it off a 1200 w 12vdc (100a) switching power supply . My idea went over so well at my workplace that others at work copied it .

@@keanandelarosa1329 It was a HP,I bought it for about $ 20 used on eBay . Any old computer power supply rated about 600w or higher should work .Jump the green wire to black to turn it on ( 4th wire from end on motherboard connector ) and use the yellow -black wires for 12v.

It has no use to buy a 400w subwoofer if your amp has 50w. 50w amp 50w subwoofer. Make him work. Or use active subwoofer.

Работа хорошая проделана. Но. 1. Установка такого рода динамиков, тоисть просто спереди, не дает максимального эффекта звучания. Если бы вы сделали корпус колонки со стенками под углом 25 градусов, звук исходил бы тогда направлено. 2. Из нутри стенки колонки надо проклеить просто медицинской ватой, толщина уплотнения ваты ну примерно 2-2,5 см, эта процедура помогает убрать лишний фон в музыке. Звук становится чище, низкие частоты будут более глубокими в звучании. 3. Трубки дифузоров должны не доходить до противоположной стенки колонки от 3х до 5ти см, и дифузоры сверлятся или, на передней стороне колонки, или же на задней стенке колонки. А так все красиво!👍👍👍

У магнитол Пионер есть возможность настраивать динамики фронт + саб, в настройках мостом подключить можно. Предлагаю сделать такую же колонку с сабом.

Un estéreo de automóvil estándar funciona con 12 voltios. Si la energía de la batería cae a un valor como 11,6, la cinta dejará de funcionar. Y generalmente los estéreos de automóvil son de 10 amperios. Y si desea hacer funcionar el estéreo durante al menos 1 hora, debe Necesita al menos 10000-12000 baterías junto con los parlantes. Sin embargo, al menos debe usar una fuente de alimentación de 10 amperios. Y si usa una batería de 8 amperios y parlantes de 100-150 vatios como en este video, esta grabadora solo puede funcionar durante 30-40 minutos. Si quieres que funcione durante 3-4 horas, debes usar una batería de 30-40 amperios.

@@manstuckonhishead Gracias!...y en caso de querer solo usar una fuente de alimentacion para usarlo solo conectado a la corriente electrica de cuanto deberia ser esa fuente?. Probe un estereo con una fuente de 12v 2amp y funciona sin problema pero cuando quiero subir mucho el volumen y el tema tiene bajos muy pronunciados el estereo se apaga, esto no pasa en volumenes bajos. De cuanto deberia ser la fuente en cuanto a amperios y watts?.

как обычная бубнилка,вполне сносная поделка! а если разсматривать с другой стороны то объём корпуса должен быть расчитан равно как и диаметр трубы и её длинна для фазоинвертора, так же необходим буферный материал в нутри, это либо подушка с ватой, либо оклейка внутреннего периметра поглощающим материалом (толстый войлок, либо схожие материалы)

Я бы ещё добавил, что аккум утеплили зря, перегреется и бахнет. Зря антенну не задействовали. 14 В вроде как тоже много, лучше бы сделал 12, но выдержали нужный ток. Корпус тоже маловат, реально маловат. Раза бы в полтора два побольше было бы лучше.

Wow great. Common inexpensive tools that are easily accessible. Love it. However, 2 things that bother me: first is that the buttom speaker logo is upside down, the other one is I wish this was not a stack formation. I would love the L R configuration. Bit overall, such an inspiration, and the schematics if great, and additionally a true DIY demo.

Thanks, its impossible to have upside down logos with this speakers because they have two logos on each speaker :) one of the logos is always displayed correctly while the other is upside down

I had one I built in 1994 it was all Sony. There was a Sony outlet near where I lived you could get the mobile ES which was Sonys top of the line. Like in my car my head unit I paid $500 and in crutch field it was $2500 and I had the optional equalizer. It was a din shape. In crutch field my system subs, amps x overs and full range speakers was easy 10k from crutch field. Pennes on the dollar. I would go in and buy the store out and resale to my customers who were still getting a deal. For a while the special was a Sony cassette player with changer controls and a 10 disc changer. I was charging $300 for the components installed. I only work on BMWS so we got quick. Have one done in less than a hour and it looked factory. My car had 7 10 disc changers in it. I know u can store much more on your phone but in the 90s it was cds. So counting the head unit I had a 71 disc capacity. I know it’s crazy but it was the shit back then. I made cover panels and upholstery them in the same fabric. Looked awesome and sounded so good. I wanna think I was running a 2 channel 1000watt amp at 2 ohms so it was putting out about 1500 and I had a 4 channel 400 watt amp for the full range. Had the cross overs, the component tweeter and full range with the x over box. I miss those days.

Not bad at all, and sounding good too! I would have added a radio aerial of some sort, so that FM/AM can still be used, as well as added an option for 2 external speakers (4 total, as designed for in car use). Also, that head unit still has a CD player, which is rarely seen nowadays.

How did you determine the length and diameter of the tuned port? Do you have a thielle small parameter program that you subjected the speakers to? If not, the tune port is arbitrary and you should test your speakers so you know what volume displaced the resonant frequency, maximum excursion etc. That way a thielle small parameter program would provide. Thanks, glad you liked, there are a ton of programs to calculate the compartment sizes and ports but i build my speakers to be portable, in some cases i calculate the compartments size and ports, in others it doesn´t matter to me because i want them to be portable, in some speakers calculating the correct sizes would make the speaker 2 or 3 times bigger

it should be played in mono since the speaker placement is up and down. stereo requires a left and right speaker placement. but still it is a very nice build 👍

Stereo just means having a separate left and right channel. What you're referring to is stereo separation and it's going to be pretty poor but that really isn't the purpose of these speakers. Purpose is just to be loud while being portable.

Внутренности обклеить (как это ни странно) кассетами от яиц, картонными и уложить внутрь вату. Но всё равно, нормального звучания не добиться. Стерео, это когда правый и левый канал, а не верхний и нижний.

I've made something very similar for my garage. Pioneer sbh 10bt head unit. Fli component speakers in a sealed section with tweeters each side of the head unit. Then a subwoofer section with a 6inch woofer tuned to around 30hz ported. Same tower design. Plus a small 60watt RMS amplifier for the sub all running off a 240 > 12v supply.

Я этот диайвай ещё лет пять назад собрал. Только динамики все от пищялок до блинов. И ещё в нэте есть формула расчёта коробки и отверстий. Ребят долбить будет круче покупных.

Там литров 50 закрытый ящик понадобится чтобы они играли, минимум 30 литров на один динамик, на видео на глаз литров 20 на динамик, еще и с фазоинвертором, в итоге слышно как они на любой басс начинают бубнеть на ста герцах, а когда басс попадает на 100 герц так вообще на всю комнату гул стоит.

Тут никаких расчётов под объёмы, параметры, да даже тилля-смолла нет... Причём тут дины??? Это гуано полное. У меня в гараже майфун кенвуд + усь блаупункт на 6 колонок с расчётами = качают так что вся деревня слышит. Всё расчёты сам делал под каждый канал и группу динов. А тут простая перделка.

Нужно было сектора с динамиками изнутри оклеить каким-нибудь звукопоглащающим материалом - толстый войлок, синтепон, паралон... Или заполнить матерчатыми мешками с ватой, что-то типа подушек. Фазоинвертор выводится на переднюю или на заднюю панель.

Use mdf, better Bass. Also build seperate compartiments for the speakers. Add Bass radiators too.

Коль используется усилитель магнитолы, который выдаёт всего 18Вт, то надо было использовать динамики на 13 см и с хорошей чувствительностью. Эти динамики вообще не раскрывают своего потенциала
