Diy Cardboard Cubby with Pull Out Drawers

You can make these Cardboard Cubbies to fit in your shelves and maximize your storage spaces ! All the drawers are pull out kinds, making them perfect for storing your crafting or diy supplies.
You will need cardboard boxes, packaging tapes ( the paper type with glue backing ( amzn.to/2Kh8Ee6 ) , cutter, ruler, and glue.
For the labels, I use black duck tape and white Posca ( amzn.to/2IdrHmU ).

Nice! I'm looking for inspiration for a cardboard project but there are very few decent videos around. I'm surprised this hasn't caught on more with the no waste/plastic crowd. The white on black labeling is a nice touch ☺

What did you use to bend the cardboard, the way you wanted it?

Hi Zena ! After I score a line on the cardboard, I just bend it. You can also use anything with a straight edge to bend it :)

Alexis Zarco you mean the section dividers that holds the weight of the boxes? You can create a strong structure by gluing double layers of cardboard plywood style ( rotate 90 degrees ) Also don't get it wet.

@@jelenabakajic2211 it depends :) if it gets wet, it'll get bendy. otherwise, they are pretty sturdy. i'm still using this set of cardboard drawers :)

Why you glue with water? I don't get it

The packing tape I use is the paper kind with dry glue on the back ( like the glue on envelopes ) . The water activates the glue. What's good about it is you can slide it around a bit after you stick it on to adjust the position.

_Why_ is every single tutorial *just music and words* 😩 Most people cannot sit and stare at their screens for a whole video. I've been through 15-20 videos looking for a tutorial that isn't _just_ playing music and showing words and they all do it. A good amount of them play really fast, loud, tecchy music at the very beginning and I'm like "Damn this Epilepsy 😐🤤🥴🤯😶" I don't want to sound like a jerk. It's a really cool video and I'm subscribing and liking but please consider teaching with your words and leaving the music out. Hell if you talk a little softly while doing it and have no music, you can put ASMR on the title and that opens you up to many many many more chances of your channel being found. A _ton_ of people are into it didn't now and a craft ASMR channel would be awesome. ♥ from TX

Have you ever heard the saying, a picture is worth a thousand words? Some things are so much easier to show than try to explain. Another consideration is that some people English maybe their second language. So conversational speaking is easy whereas when you get into something that requires a broader vocabulary, it might be more difficult! I wish you and all who read this the very best!
