Cool video, didn't know that doll heads could be made from cardboard. By the way, I'm liking the Tchaikovsky 1812 overture that you have playing. Beats the heck out of any metal soundtrack that are usually added to these types of videos. Great work.

Agreed, I don't like my face cast that has the front half of my head made by filling a plaster bandage mold of my face with actual plaster. I can't trust anyone I know to make a proper head cast of me even if I had the materials and am a paranoid shopper when it comes to tools like a mannequin head that are over $10.

I know this video is a bit old, but i wanted to ask where to take the measurement? Cause 170mm is 17cm (that's what my measure tape uses) and that's REALLY small, so i know it's not the full circumference, nor is it even half that. Am i only measuring from the top center of my head down to like, the bridge of my brow or what? Thank you~

Maybe this question has been answered and if so I am sorry. When I go to print out the template it prints out small all on just one 8.5x11 piece of paper. In the video you have three pieces of paper for just one side of the head and then you tape them together to make one side. How do you enlarge the image to get it to be three pieces of paper? Thanks!
