What an amazing outdoor playground/freedom area Tazz gets! I just finished building a fence for my 12 year old dog to finally run free (got a house!) and the next step is to finish the back room (cat room) and extend a catio as well. You gave me some great ideas. Thank you for sharing. You’re a great cat mom!

If those plants in the last part of cat castle are Oliander, I believe they are poisonous for cats
@savannahtazz4 жыл бұрын
Brenda Bennett are you talking about the trees that are growing into the catio? They bloom yellow flowers. If they are poisonous to animals, then my chuckwalla would be sick or dead, he’s a lizard and eats those flowers everyday. Tazz doesn’t eat them. I have added some barely wheat and rye grass in there, he eats that. Let me know if it’s something else.

Excuse me where can he go?? It's. Really small like a. Cage is that just a walkway to some place for him to move? Is there an open catio for him? Kinda keeps him in. Might as well be in the house. All he can do is walk around so you can feel better.

It’s a roll of nylon hardware cloth. Ferrits would chew thru it. Try the wire, that would be better. You can also use PVC pipes. They love that! I used to have 2 ferrits. Love watching them play! You can also use dryer vent hose. Another fun thing is a plastic storage tub full of packing peanuts!! That was hilarious to watch!!
