Not only amazing work, but it's really helping me expand on my own build for a pair of Taiwanese Beauty snakes.

Super cool! I really love how you did the lighting, it's so much more dramatic than the typical over head lighting. And those babies are cute as hell. Love their huge eyes.

I 100% agree about the UV. I got a pygmy python and built a lot of rock works expecting them to hide underneath the rocks all day but they actually bask a lot on top of the rocks in the middle of the day.

Yeah its amazing what behaviours we see when we give them the opportunity to pick what they want/need! Keep up the great work!

I was searching for DIY backgrounds for my Fish tank and stumbled across your channel.. Amazing! I very much enjoyed your videos and choice of pets! Keep the content coming and I will keep watching. Hello from South Florida and the Beaches of Ft. Lauderdale & South Beach! I spend a lot of times in the Everglades. I had snakes when I was a boy...My Mom did not like my choice of Pet at all or taking me to get mice to feed them.., LOL They were NOT allowed in the house kept in the carport. Then one night I snuck my Boa into my Bed, Fell asleep and middle of the night it crawled into bed with Mom & Dad.. That just about Ended my Snake Pet Days!! LOL! Moved to Guinea Pigs and a big Turtle in a Pen outside.. I'm pretty sure that Fish was the only Pet that my Mom liked and I could actually keep in the House LOL!

Wow!!! True artistry. I gave it a go with the poly years back and my superworms ate through it all. I did not know to fill in all the cracks around the edges then (wahhhhh) so I'm thinking of giving another go. Thanks for the inspiration! Looking forward to more of your videos :) Take care, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Awww love those big eyes! You are very creative and talented to come up with these kinds of built. It motivates me to redo my beardy enclosure. My first attempt at making my own background wasn't great. First time using grout, but I will like to try again. Thank you so much for showing us what you can make.
@TheNaturalHerpKeeper3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Don't worry my first ones didn't look like these ones either! But practice dose help lol! I find with grout it needs to be thick enough or you will have issues with cracking and breaking. Good luck with your next one!
@Ahmenti3 жыл бұрын
@@TheNaturalHerpKeeper do you know roughly how thick the grout is on your builds? Maybe you could show a slice through on a scrap piece some time :). Love your work!

Found you from Animals at Home and I'm in love with these builds as well as your animal care! Do the grout covered rocks hold heat similarly to stone?
@TheNaturalHerpKeeper2 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thanks heaps! They hold it better then some things but not as good actually rock. What we have done for some builds is actually build a piece of slate or rock in to the basking area and then that holds the heat really well 😊
