Very good video. I'll be referring to it on the next ceiling fan install. One thing that I've discovered works better for me with the magnetic wrist band is to wear it on my dominate arm. That way when I'm holding the drill/driver in my dominate hand I can pick up the screws from the magnet with my holding hand.
