Are you aware that stadium and concert venues require Ladies cross body and / or clutch bags be no more than 11.43 cm (4.5 inches) high by 16.51 cm (6.5 inches) wide? Would you be able to adjust this pattern to accommodate those measurements?

I love this little bag! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. I’m planning to make another. Thank you for including inches in your measurements. I’ve made a brown paper pattern for each cut of fabric which will make my next bag so much easier to make. Measure twice…cut once! Thank you for sharing this project! 🌺

I spent one day just making the brown paper patterns and cutting out each piece. Next day I sewed it up. I think it took about 4 hours to put it all together. I’m only sewing for about 3 years…so I work slowly. 🌺

Thank you for this video and pattern. I used waxed canvas on the exterior fabric so it was hard to sew the last steps for the flaps,. But it still turned out nice.

@@marianal2076 it’s called fusible fleece here in the US. It’s like an iron on polyester quilt batting. But I think any interfacing would work, just fine. 🌷
