I am making fleece blankets for children for project Santa in Western NC and made a bunch of the tongue depressor snowmen to go with the blankets. They were some much fun that I made some with overalls and denim hats and snow ladies with skirts! So far I have 12. These tags are beautiful! I thought I was done with the gifts but now will be making these tags to go with them. Thanks for the inspiration.

As someone that lives in Western North Carolina just outside of Asheville thank you. We are suffering here and no one seems to care at least not the government so I appreciate all you do. These kids have had very little in the way of holiday time. So I am sure they will enjoy anything they get.

@@lauriepolden6594 I use to live in Haywood County and worked in Asheville. I am heartbroken by the videos I have seen of the destruction, it is unimaginable. It will be the people that will pull everyone through, not our government . My husband and I are donating all we can. I know everyone thinks of toys at Christmas but a blanket will be a forever gift and hopefully bring them some extra comfort especially now, I continue to pray for everyone in WNC and TN.

I'm going to ask a question with a very red face...I watched your videos last year and know you had some sort of contest-type thing in which people from all over the world sent you hang tags. Some were absolutely gorgeous. But my question...and remember, no question is a dumb question....what is the purpose of a hang tag?

For me I was first was introduced to hand tags with Lisa and they are a finishing touch to a diy or a statement you want to make Sometimes I look at them as a small scrapebook page into a tag that has a theme maybe a picture a word and you bring it all together as a piece of art. Especially like the ones with scripture
