He is a cutie right?! I actually purchased him so I am not able to tell you exactly how he was made but I will try and figure out a way to make it and if so I'll definitely put up a tutorial for next Christmas :)

Yes, you can also make them with the mini foam balls if you like :)

I use polyil like you use for pillows & stuffed toys....not as delicate to handle as the rice :D
