When this channel will get 100k subscrivers, I will be able to say that I was there, from the begining. I hope it will get there at least.

I have no idea how you can be so lapse with tolerances yet end up with something so fantastic. My projects take forever because I need everything to be right, and still run into so many engineering problems that you don't. You must have a gift!

I am the same way. I have a colleague who is super smart and his motto is "Never let perfect get in the way of operational". I am trying to model my life after that.

I'm a fabrication engineer by trade, and I gotta say, you're a bad man. I'm loving the channel and your builds. You're a beast man. I think you should be doing all this on a much larger scale. Not sure what you do for a living but you should really be doing this. Imma finish bing watching your vids! Good luck man. Keep cranking this shit out.

What is the use of half current and full current? Currently I am using dm542 and nema 17! What pulse per revolution should I choose for nema17? And does more pulse means more speed?

Dude! The thing's looking amazing! Nicely done. By the way, since you're having a third axis on your laser cutter, I'm guessing that you could mount a usb endoscopy camera since they have very long cables and you could focus your frigging laser from the confuser

Yo man, when it comes to controlling it: Lightburn, is hands down the best piece of software. Worth every penny. Controller wise, use a GRBLHAL. You get all the speed you need, super fast steppers and no skipping (which I experienced with any other controller[GRBL-LPC was an 8/10). The board phil makes on Tindie is also the best breakout www.tindie.com/products/philba/grblhal-breakout-board-unkit-for-teensy-41/ . If you got this far, it is not recommended to use two steppers to control any axis. If one fails, the gantry can skew and can bounce the laser in a very dangerous way. There is a design like a diff to turn two gear wheels with one stepper. Cheers man, great videos!
