Now I’m not a welder I’m learning as of a few days ago and I’ve learned a lot I’ve learned about laser welders gas and gasless MIG welders TIG welders and stick welders and something I have noticed is that gasless MIG or FCAW FCAAWW as I like to call it is essentially stick welding with just really long inside out sticks

Well I like the idea but I do want a second update but installing it in a 3d print instead of metal the metal is too heavy for that Machine and use 3d prints and stead of metal It will lighten the load

Nice, might be possible to go more fully portable perhaps with a 12 volt DC welder like they make to run off your car, but typically expensive. What was the main issue of just strapping the harbor freight directly on the back with a 3 lb roll?

nice. props. to note tho - the oil temps are so great, you really need little cooling. too much cooling will make the heater struggle. I had a commercial one. Optimized the flow using a water flow meter, and valve. Thought of making a square version of this chamber, jets coming from just one side. I noticed at lower pressures, You get short-path behavior that a cylindrical design allows for too many degrees of freedom for particle movement.

I wouldn't have gutted shit man you should have wrapped it in in thick untanned leather & cut out for the air vents. Incorporate straps & a waist belt, make a cushion panel of leather.and last make snaps for acess panels to remove/load spools...
