I would suggest looking at moving your power / component board - if it's going to be at the base of your machine the first coolant leaks might get into that box - look at putting it above your X & Y table

Thanks. It's a Meddings L2/B 3 Phase. I have it running on a Mitsubishi VFD on a single phase supply in the slowest belt speed. The VFD then allows me to go as low as 200rpm. I have sent a 1" diameter drill through a 1" thick steel plate with this machine in the past.

The electronics enclosure was from eBay and the internal dimensions are approx 530x450mm.
