Is there a formula to figure out the dimensions of the box if we are using a pre-existing window or door?

Unfortunately, there is not a formula. The size of the box will depend on the door or window that you are using. You will want to measure and frame out a space for the door to sit either in or on top of, depending on your preference. We hope this helps!

Well, videos are no longer to teach these days but only to bring increased viewers. I couldn't see how the frame was put together since it was shown at a ridiculous fast speed.
