Thank you for explaining why you are doing this process. I'll be watching to see the full video and reading comments. I will be replacing carpeting in the future due to pet accidents, I am looking at videos like this to decided how I can clean and seal in the concrete under my current carpet before I purchase and install new carpet. It would be a waste of money to replace the carpet if old smells and moisture just come up from the concrete!

Great Video! Im converting my detached garage into living spaceI I noticed when it rains that my concrete floor starts looking wet and I have a musty smell. The floor does feel wet like condendsation to the touch.

Nome of you show bric layered foundations, It's falling apart from streets being dug up by city Gas company and electric company after so nuch work from outside and how old the house is. Water getting in basement ! What can I do to fix myself? Please help?
