could you tell me if there is a part 6 or how to finish the roof as I have been watching your videos and think this is the way I should do my roof thanks Colin Metcalf

There is no part 6 but what I plan to do is provide one succinct video that details the whole process and also is a form of lessons learned i.e. what I would do differently next time. The roof is a huge success and we are using the conservatory as a room and the doors and window to our kitchen are left open so we now have a large warm living space. What started as a method of avoiding having to demolish it and have nothing turned into a great living space that is affordable to heat.

@@MrJonesDIY that sounds great could you let me know when me know when you will do that and could you tell me how to remove the centre decorative victorian trim if you had one ?

@@colinmetcalf1994 I will put the video together in the next two weeks. The pretend Victorian trim was just stuck in place with silicon and was easy to remove. Other plastic at the ridge I just cut with a multitool. I use a Bosch and it was a lifesaver for cutting the plastic and even shortening the aluminium beams.
