@iiinimini some people have said that clear nail polish yellows, chips off, or makes the clay crack, but i've used it for years with no negative side effects, so i would go with the nail polish. however, you should still check craft stores for real gloss. i got a small jar from michaels for around $5. hope this helps :)

I work on a glass surface, which helps :) Keep some baby wipes/kleenex nearby so you can periodically wipe your hands with it (even if you think there's no dirt/dust). Hope this helps!

you know if you dont let it cool down in the oven and take it out right away then paint it the paint will dry in like 30 seconds be careful not to burn yourself though!

Awesome tutorial. I have a problem baking my clay though. Whenever I bake the clay, the bottom of my charms are always burnt. I use Sculpey III and the package says to bake at 275°F for 15 minutes. I tried lowering the time to 10 minutes, but the clay still burned (Didn't burn as much). So, can anyone help me? Thanks in advance. :D
