DIY Copy Liitokala Battery Charger Test Capacity 18650 OLD and NEW Batteries TP4056 ZB2L3

In this video I will show you how I made a charging and discharging module for li-ion 18650 batteries. I will use cheap but good parts, TP4056 battery chargers and ZB2L3 capacity testers. This device has almost the same functions as Liitokala, you can charge and measure the capacity of old or new batteries between 1.00V-15.00V.

You're using 4 Ohm resistors but getting about one third of an amp discharge on a nominal voltage cell....when you should be getting nearly an amp. The root cause of it is likely the cell holders, they have terrible resistance. The small wire used to connect the resistors probably contributes to it slightly as well.
